Our LVR course is based on the unit of competency UETDRRF004 Perform Rescue From A Live LV Panel. This unit will provide you with the skills and knowledge to manage a casualty involved in performing a rescue from a live Low Voltage panel. In an emergency situation in which the casualty requires CPR, you or your employees will have the lifesaving skills to manage the situation until emergency services arrive.
This training is to be completed in conjunction with either of the following Units:
- Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation; OR
- Provide first aid
LVR and Provide CPR: 3-4 hours blended delivery, online and face-to-face
LVR and Provide First Aid: 8 hours total consists face to face and course pre work in the form of 2 online workbooks (3 hours). A link to the online workbooks will be provided to all participants in a confirmation email after your booking has been made.

Physical Requirements of this course
It is a requirement of this unit that students are to perform a minimum of 2 minutes of uninterrupted CPR on a manikin placed on the floor. This is a mandatory requirement as stated in the Training Package and there are no exceptions that can be made.
If for any reason students are unable to perform these physical requirements, students cannot be deemed competent or issued with a Statement of Attainment and will be issued with a Certificate of Attendance.
Qualification issued
On successful completion of the course participants will be issued with a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for:
- UETDRRF004 Perform rescue from a live LV panel (valid for 12 months)
- HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (valid for 12 months)
OR
- UETDRRF004 Perform rescue from a live LV panel (valid for 12 months)
- HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (valid for 12 months)
- HLTAID010 Provide basic emergency life support (valid for 3 years)
- HLTAID011 Provide first aid (valid for 3 years)
*Certificates are issued same day!
*Only for training completed during week days. All other certificates are issued by close of business the following business day. Additional A4 Hard Copy and wallet-sized certificates can be issued for an additional $25 (ask our staff for more details) to help keep certification details handy.
