ExcellentBased on 203 reviewsSam2023-07-27I've done my First Aid & CPR course twice here now. Both times were great. I can't remember the name of the instructor for last year, but this year I had Rekha and she was funny, engaging and very informative. Highly recommend getting your training done here.HSE J2023-07-11Trainer called 'John' lacked enthusiasm as he probably does it every day. And moreover, he kept on mocking Jesus and Trump which was disturbing. Stay on the course! Don't bring Religion and Politics to CPR and please don't say it was a joke.Giselle Howard2023-06-29Great training in the 1 day Provide First Aid course- Tash our trainer was energetic & made it practical & enjoyable. An excellent trainer. Very cost effective course - short full day face to face learning & assessment, with online theory prior.Alexander Bihag, Jr.2023-06-28Tash is an excellent first aid trainer. Worth my time and money.Kieren Sweet2023-05-25Completed my resuscitation and oxygen course with Yalcin, He is Very knowledgeable and it was a great experience doing more hands on learning instead of looking at a PowerPoint presentation for 4 hours. I feel that I’ve learnt more with him than any other training organisation.Luke Mitchell2023-05-25Enjoyed our training, hands on not textbook or PowerPoint learning. Liked the knowledge, experience and expertise of the staff. Very helpful and willing to accommodate anything and all. Will be using them again even though we are based in the Illawarra.Mignonette M2023-04-16I did my First Aid and CPR training here at Australian Training Institute - Parramatta and the instructor was knowledgeable and informative. She used interactive learning to make sure that everyone participates and understood. The training room is spacious enough for our group and equipped. The certificate was issued a couple of hours after the training (given that you answered the online workbook).Sarah Hlaing2022-11-16The courses here are really interactive and engaging, and makes the time fly by ! All the trainers here are so knowledgeable and up to date. Thanks Tash for sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm !erer erer2022-10-30The trainer we had was excellent. He had high disciplinary standards when it came to delivering proper CPR, and I learnt a lot more on delivering first aid in the best way possible. His knowledge of the units, experience when delivering first aid and skills in training are superb. You will rarely find people like him these days. The trainer we had is a prime example on what it means to be good when training others. Carrying the qualities of strictness, discipline, sharpness, knowledge and skill; but also believing in your students by giving them a compliment, a smile and important feedback on how to improve themselves are crucial in any workforce these days. Indeed this provides good morale. A vital factor when handling or leading a team. Sadly you don't see a lot of it, and it is very rare. I wish ATI all the best, and hope that they will always have great trainers in their organization. Date of Training 29/11/2022 at Parramatta
